De aceea atunci c\u00e2nd sunt \u00eentrebat\u0103 dac\u0103 am idei pe acest subiect, nu mai pot fi oprit\u0103 \ud83d\ude42 . M-am g\u00e2ndit s\u0103 scriu \u0219i aici unele dintre ele. Dar am o observa\u021bie: dragi (viitoare) mame, o s\u0103 vede\u021bi c\u0103 \u00eentre noi, mamele, orice poate fi interpretat ca o acuza\u021bie, este un domeniu sensibil. Chiar \u0219i titlul post\u0103rii :)). V\u0103 rog mult, dac\u0103 nu rezona\u021bi cu unele informa\u021bii, trece\u021bi peste,  iar dac\u0103 unele lucruri nu v-au reu\u0219it \u0219i le citi\u021bi c\u0103 ar fi (fost) \u201dideale\u201d pentru bebelu\u0219, nu o lua\u021bi ca un atac asupra voastr\u0103. Nici eu nu am reu\u0219it multe, dar asta nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 nu inform\u0103m viitoarele mame care ar fi cele mai indicate alegeri. Nu ascundem informa\u021bii doar pentru a nu leza orgolii personale. Toate am f\u0103cut ce am \u0219tiut \u0219i ce am putut mai bine \u00een momentul respectiv, cu cuno\u0219tin\u021bele pe care le aveam, bine? \ud83d\ude42 V\u0103 \u00eembr\u0103\u021bi\u0219ez. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Am ezitat publicarea acestei post\u0103ri datorit\u0103 situa\u021biei tragice \u00een care se afl\u0103 \u021bara noastr\u0103 acum. Renun\u021barea la fumat te ajut\u0103 s\u0103 fii mai s\u0103n\u0103tos&#8230; <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Mi-ar fi pl\u0103cut s\u0103 am timpul \u0219i dispozi\u021bia necesare s\u0103-mi preg\u0103tesc trupul, mintea \u0219i sufletul pentru fiecare sarcin\u0103. \u00cens\u0103 \u00eenainte de prima sarcin\u0103 m\u0103 luptam cu infertilitatea, iar \u00eenainte de a doua sarcin\u0103 m\u0103 ocupam permanent de piticul meu scump \ud83d\ude00 . <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Dac\u0103 \u00eens\u0103 ai aceast\u0103 ocazie \u0219i dore\u0219ti s\u0103 te ocupi de <strong>s\u0103n\u0103tatea <\/strong>ta \u00eenc\u0103 dinainte s\u0103 \u00eencerci s\u0103 ai un bebelu\u0219, este un pas \u00eenainte pentru a avea <strong>un copil c\u00e2t mai s\u0103n\u0103tos.<\/strong> \u0218i s\u0103 nu uit\u0103m c\u0103 un corp s\u0103n\u0103tos te va ajuta \u0219i <strong>s\u0103 concepi mai repede<\/strong>, mai u\u0219or, \u0219i astfel nici nu vei trece prin stres \u0219i suferin\u021b\u0103 lun\u0103 de lun\u0103 dac\u0103 nu se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Cu minim un an \u00eenainte <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Eu mi-am cam \u0219tiut motivele de infertilitate, erau m\u0103surabile, at\u00e2t de m\u0103surabile \u00eenc\u00e2t cei mai mari speciali\u0219ti ginecologi \u0219i endocrinologi dintr-un mare ora\u0219 universitar mi-au spus c\u0103 sunt la menopauz\u0103 (la 23 de ani) \u0219i c\u0103 nu e posibil s\u0103 am vreodat\u0103 copiii mei \u00een mod natural. \u00cens\u0103 \u00een ultima vreme sunt tot mai multe cazuri de infertilitate la care nici m\u0103car nu se pot g\u0103si cauzele \u00een analize. Poate fi vorba de toxinele din mediu sau de nivelul ridicat de stres, sau de o alimenta\u021bie prea s\u0103rac\u0103 \u00een nutrien\u021bi. De aceea e posibil ca orice mic\u0103 schimbare \u00een obiceiurile tale s\u0103 aib\u0103 un efect extraordinar de bun dac\u0103 \u00eencepi s\u0103 o aplici cam <strong>cu un an \u00eenainte s\u0103 \u00eencerci s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2i \u00eens\u0103rcinat\u0103. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><em>Observa\u021bie<\/em>: \u00een limba rom\u00e2n\u0103 nu exist\u0103 cuv\u00e2ntul <em>nutrient<\/em> dec\u00e2t ca adjectiv. Atitudinea<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Primul pas pentru o sarcin\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103 cred c\u0103 ar fi o<strong> g\u00e2ndire s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103, o atitudine pozitiv\u0103 legat\u0103 de viitorul t\u0103u. O dorin\u021b\u0103 de a urma \u00eencet-\u00eencet un stil de via\u021b\u0103 mai s\u0103n\u0103tos. <\/strong><br><br>\u00cenc\u0103 dinainte de a face orice schimbare, imagineaz\u0103-\u021bi ce ai vrea s\u0103 schimbi la tine, \u0219i g\u00e2nde\u0219te-te la asta<strong> cu dragoste fa\u021b\u0103 de tine, fa\u021b\u0103 de corpul t\u0103u \u0219i fa\u021b\u0103 de viitorul t\u0103u copil.<\/strong> Nu cu ur\u0103, nu cu nemul\u021bumire, nu cu nevoia de a-\u021bi pedepsi corpul. Fie c\u0103 e\u0219ti <strong>religioas\u0103<\/strong> \u0219i sim\u021bi nevoia s\u0103 te conectezi cu Dumnezeu, fie c\u0103 e\u0219ti mai atras\u0103 de practica oriental\u0103 a <strong>medita\u021biei<\/strong>, chiar \u0219i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/nutrition\/12-benefits-of-meditation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">studiile <\/a>\u0219tiin\u021bifice arat\u0103 c\u0103 o via\u021b\u0103 spiritual\u0103 \u201dhr\u0103nit\u0103\u201d zilnic aduce rezultate incredibile, \u0219i \u00een <strong>s\u0103n\u0103tatea fizic\u0103<\/strong> a omului, \u0219i \u00een cea <strong>emo\u021bional\u0103<\/strong>. Orice practic\u0103 spiritual\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi va sc\u0103dea \u0219i nivelul <strong>stresului<\/strong>, iar acest lucru te va ajuta enorm \u00een perioada urm\u0103toare c\u00e2nd te vei g\u00e2ndi care s\u0103-\u021bi fie pa\u0219ii spre o via\u021b\u0103 mai s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Conect\u00e2ndu-te cu \u201dsursa\u201d ta, te conectezi \u0219i cu tine. \u0218i cum s\u0103 nu fie acesta un pas util c\u00e2nd vrei s\u0103 aduci pe lume un nou suflet, \u00een mod con\u0219tient? Poate tu sim\u021bi nevoia \u00eent\u00e2i s\u0103 mergi mai mult pe jos, sau poate sim\u021bi nevoia s\u0103 meditezi o or\u0103 pe zi, sau poate s\u0103 te la\u0219i de fumat sau de mezeluri. Tu le decizi, cu mintea calm\u0103 datorit\u0103 punctului 2, \u0219i cu dragoste fa\u021b\u0103 de tine, nu cu nervi, datorit\u0103 punctului 1 \ud83d\ude42 . Eu am fost mereu tentat\u0103 s\u0103 aleg o schimbare care s\u0103 nu mi se par\u0103 un chin, care s\u0103 aib\u0103 un impact major asupra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii mele, al c\u0103rei efect s\u0103 fie vizibil \u0219i satisf\u0103c\u0103tor repede \u0219i care s\u0103 m\u0103 aduc\u0103 \u0219i \u00eentr-o stare psihic\u0103 bun\u0103, pentru a putea merge mai departe optimist\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Pasul 3. Mi\u0219carea<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Dar undeva \u00eentre primele schimb\u0103ri pe care le alegi cu un an \u00eenainte de concep\u021bie ar trebui s\u0103 fie <strong>mi\u0219carea<\/strong>. Exact pentru ceea ce am scris mai sus, pentru c\u0103 te ajut\u0103 \u0219i psihic s\u0103 elimini depresia \u0219i stresul \u0219i astfel \u00ee\u021bi ofer\u0103 puterea s\u0103 faci \u0219i alte schimb\u0103ri. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Nu trebuie s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi stresezi corpul, s\u0103 tragi de el, ci s\u0103 alegi <strong>orice mi\u0219care care te relaxeaz\u0103 \u0219i te face s\u0103 te sim\u021bi bine.<\/strong> Pentru mine acestea sunt: \u00eenotul, yoga, dansul \u0219i mersul pe jos. Orice alte sporturi am \u00eencercat (cu for\u021ba \ud83d\ude00 ), ori am abandonat prea repede, ori m-am \u00eemboln\u0103vit dac\u0103 am fost chiar ambi\u021bioas\u0103 :))). Dar dac\u0103 descoperi un tip de sport care-\u021bi face pl\u0103cere, \u00eel vei urma pe termen lung, nu va fi un chin de bifat s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nal, nu va fi UN STRES \u00ceN PLUS! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mai mult dec\u00e2t at\u00e2t, mi-am f\u0103cut anii trecu\u021bi un test ayurvedic care la final mi-a declarat c\u0103 pentru tipul meu de organism m\u0103 ajut\u0103 s\u0103 fiu s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103 doar mi\u0219c\u0103rile relaxante \u0219i u\u0219oare (plimb\u0103ri, yoga,&#8230;) \u0219i c\u0103 realmente m\u0103 \u00eemboln\u0103ve\u0219te orice mi\u0219care aerobic\u0103 dur\u0103 gen alergare sau aerobic. Atunci mi-am dat seama c\u0103 a\u0219a a \u0219i fost! Eu am fost gr\u0103su\u021b\u0103 toat\u0103 via\u021ba mea (65 de kg la 9 ani, c\u00e2nd mi-a \u0219i venit prematur prima menstrua\u021bie!), a\u0219a c\u0103 de la 9 ani \u00eencoace, de peste 30 de ani deci, fac sport aproape zilnic (ok, c\u00e2\u021biva ani am leg\u0103nat copii \u00een locul sportului&#8230;). \u0218i am trecut prin toate tipurile de sport. Ei bine da, testul avea dreptate, c\u00e2nd am f\u0103cut aerobic prin gimnaziu m-am \u00eengr\u0103\u0219at \u0219i mai mult, \u0219i eram tot mai dereglat\u0103 hormonal, cu tot mai mult\u0103 acnee \u0219i depresie, \u0219i dureri nepotrivite unei feti\u021be sau apoi unei adolescente. T\u00e2rziu mi-am dat seama c\u0103 r\u0103spunsurile mele la testele ayurvedice sem\u0103nau cu listele de simptome de oboseal\u0103 cronic\u0103, de hipotiroidism \u0219i de epuizare a glandelor suprarenale. Situa\u021bii \u00een care \u00eentr-adev\u0103r sportul aerobic intensiv te \u00eemboln\u0103ve\u0219te \u0219i mai tare. Dar dac\u0103 voi ave\u021bi un corp cald, plin de energie, cu siguran\u021b\u0103 ave\u021bi nevoie de alt tip de sport dec\u00e2t mine. Asculta\u021bi-v\u0103 corpul!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nu suntem toate la fel.<\/strong> \u0218i s\u0103 mergi pe jos pu\u021bin zi de zi e mi\u0219care, \u0219i s\u0103 te h\u00e2rjone\u0219ti cu copilul pe podea e mi\u0219care. Faci deja mi\u0219care. Alege de acum s\u0103 faci mai mult\u0103, dar s\u0103 adaugi sportul care sim\u021bi c\u0103-\u021bi face bine, \u0219i \u021bine-te de el. O posibil\u0103 explica\u021bie ar fi faptul c\u0103 sportul intens poate cauza sc\u0103deri masive de greutate \u0219i schimb\u0103ri hormonale. Prea pu\u021bin\u0103 gr\u0103sime corporal\u0103 (sub 15-18%) cauzeaz\u0103 oprirea ovula\u021biei. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar chiar dac\u0103 e\u0219ti normoponderal\u0103, c\u00e2nd \u00eencepi s\u0103 faci sport prea dur, prea mult, prea extenuant, \u00ee\u021bi po\u021bi deregla ovula\u021bia, datorit\u0103 stresului la care e supus organismul.
